Test has proved that the fiber strength of cotton fiber in the environment of relative humidity of 60% ~ 70% can be increased by 30% ~ 50% than that in dry situation, so cotton mills humidification is a cost-effective method to improve the quality of yarn.
In yarn production process, fiber moisture volatilizes constantly, raw material and the bobbin, the moisture regain has fallen down more than 3%. The heat and friction of the machine internal will evaporate the water in yarn and lower the quality of the yarn, it is not conducive to after-treatment, but dehumidifier just can solve such problems.
