Hi, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a heating problem in my office space, a small internet cafe. Last fall I noticed that the heating was improper and temperature changes abruptly. I contacted a local technician and he did some repair and things were back in order until last month. Now the situation seem to be a bit serious that the thermostat shows false reading at times which is really confusing. I checked on the internet and came to know that it could be an issue with the thermostat or the duct. I really don’t know what exactly the issue is. The technician seem to be incompetent about the situation. So I googled to find out the reason accidentally came across a commercial mechanical service that provide heating solutions and repairs. I'm not sure how well their service are. Any suggestions are welcomed.

If there are blockages within the ducts of your HVAC system, air won’t circulate properly. An HVAC technician can inspect your ductwork and repair any blockages that create an airflow imbalance.

If your HVAC unit is not large enough, it won’t be able to adequately cool all of the areas of your home. Again, a trained HVAC technician can help you to determine whether this is a problem. They can also help you to properly calculate the energy load that your home uses and may suggest upgrading your HVAC system.

I think your thermostat needs repair or replacement. Usually for commercial HVAC system proper maintenance and repair is needed, which is can be only done by a professional and trained technicians. For inspecting your heating system, consult a good commercial HVAC technician like AirdexInc and get helpful hints from him.
